The Cosmos Estate is a fairly new Estate situated in the suburb of Kosmosdal. The Estate consists of three separate Estates and was developed in 2005. Each Estate has a small clubhouse and swimming pool for use by the residents.
The security is top class and each Estate is surrounded by an electric fence whilst the entrance gates are manned 24/7 by security guards. A small stream runs through the Estate and provides a wetland habitat for wildlife.
