The suburb of Amberfield is a fairly new suburb in Centurion and was developed on land that is part of Rooihuiskraal North. The suburb consists of approximately 2,587 houses and 2,700 townhouses. This is a very popular suburb and is situated to the West of Centurion. The type of properties available includes houses, townhouses, duets, apartments, vacant land, clusters, guesthouses, security estates and new developments.

Amberfield Glen Estate

Amberfield Glen security estate is situated on the western side of Centurion, with easy access to the N1 and R28 Krugersdorp highway. One of the largest attractions of estate living is that residents can enjoy undisturbed interaction with their environment. Entry to the estate is monitored and controlled by the residents, thus keeping unwanted individuals from entering the estate.

The estate has three grassed parks (two with playgrounds for kids). Residents can have quiet peaceful afternoon walks with their family without feeling the fear of being attacked.

During the evening, security guards patrol the inside and outside of the estate to even further strengthen the security responsiveness. The boundary walls of the estate is equipped with an electric fence that's connected to the estate alarm system, that will notify the security guards of unwanted activity and they will be able to proactively respond to any problems.

The estate has a board of directors. The directors own property inside the estate, and acts on behalf of residents to address day to day operations of the estate.

Amberfield Manor Estate, an up market residential estate, is situated in Centurion midway to Pretoria and Johannesburg.

Amberfield Manor is a stylish, nature friendly and secure complex. We monitor access and exit control by means of Click-on and Identifid communication systems. Access is only granted by residents via cell phone. Security guards are not allowed to supply access to the estate without resident or management approval.

Size of the estate:
The estate consists of 261 stands and on 191 stands are houses.

Amberfield Ridge Estate

Amberfield Ridge complex, upmarket residential estate is situated in Centurion in the middle of Pretoria and Johannesburg.

Amberfield Ridge is a lovely and secure complex from where we record entry and exit of cars and pedestrians to where only residents are allowed to give visitors access. This is accomplished by means of a Mircell Intercom System and mobile phones. Security guards are not allowed to supply access to the complex without your approval.

Size of the estate:
The estate consists of 250 stands and on 217 stands there are houses.

There are also 3 security complexes in Amberfield Ridge:
Villa Chemika: 75 units
Amber Villas: 74 units and
Villa Bianche: 43 units.

Our security guards are provided by Gauteng Protection. During the day 6AM - 6PM, three guards are on duty and from 6PM - 6AM four guards.

Although they are only employed to look after the estate's affairs, very few incidents have occurred while they have been employed.
